Rates & Insurance: Investing in Your Healing
Understanding the cost of therapy shouldn't be a source of stress. I am committed to transparency and accessibility, offering in-network options for Idaho and Washington residents, along with straightforward self-pay rates for those seeking specialized EMDR and talk therapy.
Insurances I Accept
I am currently an in-network provider with the following plans. Please note that coverage can vary based on your specific plan (deductibles, co-pays, etc.).
Blue Cross of Idaho
St. Luke’s Health Plan
Mountain Health Co-op

Out-of-Network & Superbills
If you are a resident of Washington (or have a plan not listed above) and have out-of-network benefits (like Premera or Kaiser), I can provide you with a superbill. This is a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many of my clients in the Seattle and Spokane areas utilize this option to access specialized EMDR and anxiety care.
