Online Therapy for Women: A Space for You
You’re everyone’s "strong friend," the reliable coworker, and the one who remembers every detail. But who holds space for you?
The Cost of Carrying It All
Women are often taught that our value lies in how much we can do for others. Whether you are navigating the high-pressure tech culture of Western Washington or the unique family and community expectations of Idaho, that pressure can lead to a specific kind of exhaustion.
This might look like:
The “Strong One” Fatigue: Feeling like you aren't allowed to have a bad day because so many people rely on you.
Boundaries That Feel Like Guilt: Struggling to say no without a mountain of self-criticism.
The Mental Load: Being the project manager of your life, your home, and your career until your brain feels like it’s out of storage space.
Feeling Disconnected: Losing sight of your own needs, hobbies, and identity because you’re too busy meeting everyone else's.
Healing That Honors Your Whole Self
Therapy with me isn't about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about creating a safe, normalized environment where you can put down the heavy lifting.
My approach is relational and trauma-informed, meaning we look at how your past experiences and current relationships impact your well-being. By combining traditional talk therapy with EMDR and nervous system regulation, we help you move from surviving your schedule to actually feeling present your life again. We focus on boundaries, self-compassion, and reconnecting with the person you are when you aren't on the clock for everyone else.
Therapy That Doesn't Add to Your To-Do List
You shouldn't have to stress about a commute to get the support you need. My virtual-only practice allows women across Seattle, Spokane, Boise, and rural Idaho to access specialized mental health care from the comfort of their own couch.
Whether you're fitting a session into your lunch break or after the kids are in bed, telehealth offers a private, secure sanctuary that fits seamlessly into your real, everyday life.
Accessible Support for Idaho & Washington Women
Prioritizing yourself shouldn't be a financial burden. I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross of Idaho, St. Luke’s Health Plan, SelectHealth, and more. For my out-of-network clients in Washington and Idaho, I provide easy-to-use superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and I offer discounts for self-pay clients.
You've carried it long enough.
